We issue refunds in full for our services within 30 days of the original date of purchase if the service is not rendered within 7 working days of the original date of purchase. The “service” here being a completed “Action Plan” or “POA” (plan of action) or “statement”. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 20 (twenty) business days of receipt of the returned service or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
